Before this, 1) We had to take a precise template, 2) Make a clamping table according to the template, 3) Rip saw the wood into allowable, bendable widths, then index them, 4) Glue the cut wood (quickly, with a glue pot with a roller) 5) Set the wood to the clamping system and clamp them with specially made C-Clamps (very heavy duty ones) 6) Do some other work, while the glue bonds the laminated wood on the clamping system, sleep, wakeup have dinner, then 7) Scrape clean the excess wood, then 8) With a hand planer (electric one, Makita) make a pretty even surface on one side of the curved blank, then 9) With a large planer run the blank and create a perfectly straight surface on the other side (then on both sides) 10) Make a smooth, MDF, glider (mounted to the bottom of the blank) 11) Make some final adjustments on the machine, do a test run 12) Rock and Roll baby 13) More Rock and Roll, until you like to see the molding the way it must be 14) Place the moldings in it's place, 15) Bring some smiles on peoples face, 16) Make the world a better place. 17) ... what? 18) ... :) Cheers!

Why is this the first time Shock has found this "problem"? Fans of Shock, show me where this kind of behavior is on the rest of their blog site.
