I've got news for you: the Jackman/Vavreck study showed that the number of people who voted against Obama based on his being black were 0%, while the number of people who voted for Obama based on his race were 20%. And those include people who considered it in their choice, not just who made their final decision on it. You've got it backwards.

LOL. Capitalist system? Yah that's what America has. Totally free market. Except for that $4 trillion government, and more bureaucratic red tape than anyone can fathom. The UAW made auto workers in Michigan uncompetitive. UAW has a monopoly on bargaining granted by federal law. Auto manufacturing employees in Indiana and Tennessee make good money and have good benefits, without being part of a federally mandated union. Read Henry Hazlitt's Econ in 1 Lesson. We don't have a free market.

I respect your opinion but I disagree with your statement and I know people who lived in detroit. Most of them want to work, but if they are not given the opportunity. The union is not what affected the problems in Detroit. It has nothing to do with liberal or conservative. Its just bad policies and dependence on the auto industry. Crowder what are you doing to bring money to the city. If you dont have a solution and just pointing fingers then you are blowing air no disrespect.
