STEP 1: Fill cup with water STEP 2: place in freezer STEP 3: after it's frozen get a rag with warm water to smooth the Ice and give it a wet surface STEP 4: Spin the Ice and place the cup over it- then remove once the cameras are rolling STEP 5: edit video with splashing water.
