As others have said, this is not Michigan. The cars that pile up on the hill do have front plates, like others have said. Hills like that are almost always among the first to be salted and cleared due to the sheer number of hills all over the state. They learned long long ago to clear and salt them first. Fail

Who cares Michigan New York State it's all the same thing. Lousy weather, high taxes, grumpy Yankees and summer comes on a Tuesday in August. No thanks. And there were LOTS of accidents when it snowed when I lived there, so Michigan drivers are no better than anywhere else.
