The Viceroy is just one guy, and not a very smart one at that. Capturing him dosen't physically change anything. The nemoidians can just elect another to take his place if this campaign is so important. It would also be difficult for the Gunray to do anything at that point cause every single soldier and guard he had on the planet was a deactivated droid. In the end anyway you look at it, the whole occupation and freeing of Naboo is pointless and stupid.

i understand that it would be logical to have no casualties by taking out the droid control ship first, but when the viceroy realises the control ship is destroyed, i dont think he would hang around, his instinct would be to flee as he has no army, no protection, no power. and probably would be back with reinforcements to continue his campaign he started. if you capure the viceroy you could put an end to all of this conflict.

the problem with this movie is that the story and screenplay didnt match up for example anakin is told to the audience to be very intelligent and strong with the force he builds his own pod racer, and a droid and a skilled pilot but when he flys the fighter and shouts out comments like "lets try spinning thats a good trick" we have conflicted storytelling it doesnt help that lucas tried to force scenes like the podracing which came out to be an incoherent mess

Shitty writing is a quick answer for why the prequels are terrible, see Plinkett's review for much more in-depth reasons. Anakin being lucky was bad writing cause it was plot convenience. The things that Anakin did only happened to keep the plot moving. Since everything he did was an accident, it made the scene stupid and pointless. It would have been 100x better if he was a teenager and did the same things on purpose. Then we wouldn't have a child actor either. A win win.

So why would this movie be made for kids, but the next two are for adults with the multiple amputations, decapitations, murders, and suggested rape?

Again, so what? He was hit and his ship was sent spinning into the droid control ship by accident (through their shields how?). He dodged some walls while trying to stop. After skidding to a halt he shot at some droids and accidentally destroyed the droid control ship. The fact that he was force sensitive has zero to do with it. It is just really shitty writing.
