When the medical office spaces are empty down in Florida, it's basically game over. I really feel for all the people stuck down there.

It didn't take America very long to get run down and look like hell, did it? The next big bubble to go for consumers will be the student debt bubble. Then we can flush this thing down the crapper.

The next bubble is going to be the paper dollar bubble. Afterwards, they're won't be any paper dollars to spend at a paper dollar store.

Canada is looking a lot more attractive to me now even though I have always dreamed about living in Florida. It's really too bad what is happening there. I hope one day this all turns around. Thanks for your videos.

Between the baby boomers, public sector pensions, 45 million Americans receiving food stamps, and having troops in more than 100 countries, America is beyond bankrupt.

hey cat, im a subscriber, and agree with everything you say. I have yet to see anyone really address the other huge problem coming soon, the fact that the babyboomers, so many people born during that time between 1946 and 1964, are just now turning 65 this year, it is simple math that the government doesnt have enough people paying into the system to pay for the millions per month we are going to add that will suck the social security dry, what are your thoughts on the next shoe to drop???

chuc555 Says:
The problem with manufacturing in the US is it cost too much to make things here. Nobody wants to pay 10,000 dollars for a big screen TV or thousands for a computer. A worker in China makes about 300 a month, in Mexico they make about 60 dollars a week. The reason things are so cheap is the workers in those Countries are willing to work for slave wages. A company manufacturing here can't compete with that. Thats why MFG. of consumer goods will never come back to the US until our dollar collapses

Unsharpened Says:
Of couse dollar stores will do well in this economy. If you ever go into a Dollar Store, Family Dollar or Dollar Tree you will find shelves full of stuff made in China for cheap! People shop there for cheap and they continue to ruin the economy because they have no choice. As soon as we get all the goods "Made In China" out of here, the economy will recover and jobs will be plentiful, good luck on that though.

$1 draft beer at the burger joint? You should have stopped and had a brew or two. ;-) Back home in San Antonio, commercial RE is getting bad. Even with Taco joints and Texas BBQ, lot's of empty store fronts.

Funny thing is that you see so many people drive by these places and they don't think anything of it.

Dollar stores are going to be the backbone of the new economy in the future. Its going to be the only place people can afford to shop.
